COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY ONLINE IN LONDON

We are the main character of our life

“Therapy is a gift. It is a chance to finally be heard, understood, and supported.” — Bessel Van Der Kolk

My name is Kay Simpson and I am an MBACP Integrative Therapist, Consultant, Life Coach and Trauma Specialist. This means I have an empathic, non-judgmental approach, provide emotional support and work with you in an holistic way.

I offer a chance to reflect on the difficulties or problems you are experiencing in a safe and confidential environment, with someone from outside your day to day life.

Together we can explore your situation in a way that leads to fresh perspectives and perhaps a new understanding of yourself. Counselling isn’t about giving you solutions or advice, but empowering you to make your own changes.

Sessions are online or via telephone with individuals; and online and in person with groups.

My Approach

I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression or trauma that impacts their relationships with themselves and others. During our first sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate in creating a plan for addressing them in a way that supports you getting your life back. Most clients see gradual change within the first few months with sustained improvement.

Many clients have come to work with me because of my extensive experience in working with ACE, trauma, depression, anxiety, divorce, inner child work and life transitions. As a counsellor my role is to provide space and guidance to help you on your journey of self discovery; to enable you to examine your life and make new, meaningful choices within it.

“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.” — Eckhart Tolle
